Review before submit stays on by default.

One route, less busywork

Set the search once. Review the best matches when they are ready.

Upload your resume

CareerRoute builds your profile from your resume and keeps your master version available.

Run targeted discovery

Saved search routes collect live roles from ATS sources and score them against your profile.

Apply with review

Open the application page, autofill supported fields, and submit only after your review.

Built for careful automation

Review-first by default, with a clear path to deeper automation.

The product prepares resumes, answers, and supported autofill data ahead of time. Security codes, CAPTCHA, account creation, and sensitive legal decisions remain review states until the user confirms the right path.

  • Autofill supported fields: Ready
  • Application answers: Generated on demand
  • Final submission: User review

Questions before you route

Clear answers before you connect your resume.

Is CareerRoute free during beta?

Yes. CareerRoute is free while the beta is limited to invited testers. We may add paid plans later for higher run limits, more job sources, or team features, but beta users will know before anything changes.

Does CareerRoute submit applications for me?

No. CareerRoute is review-first: it finds matches, prepares application files, and can autofill supported fields, but you review the employer page and submit the application yourself.

What happens to my resume data?

Your resume is used to build your profile, score job matches, and prepare application materials. We do not sell resume data or use it for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy for the full data-use details.

How fresh are the jobs?

Saved searches default to jobs posted in the past seven days. CareerRoute checks the job sources, applies your filters, removes duplicates, and scores the roles that match your criteria.

Do I need the Chrome extension?

You can review matches without it. The CareerRoute Assist extension is only needed when you want supported application pages to open with autofill help.
